INTERNAL MUSEUM OPERATING RULES (For employees)

This document is intended exclusively for the needs of servicing the BÍLINSKÁ KYSELKA MUSEUM exhibition.

I. Basic operator duties

The Info Center employee is responsible for checking in museum visitors, collecting admission fees, and supervising the exhibition.

Before the start of operation (08:00), the worker will check the functionality of the camera system and the exhibition lighting.

II. Model situations and clearance procedures

Individual customer (1–2 people):

  1. Ticket sales (150 CZK/person).
  2. The employee will accompany the customer to the entrance to the museum, unlock/open the space and provide a brief introduction (orientation to the exhibition).
  3. The worker returns to the Infocenter.
  4. It monitors movement on the cameras. After the visitor leaves (visible on the camera), it checks the area at the next opportunity.

Family (2 adults + children):

  1. Sale of family tickets (300 CZK).
  2. Increased appeal to parents regarding the ban on children touching fragile exhibits.
  3. Increased surveillance on cameras due to higher risk of unwanted damage.

Organized group (school trips, tours):

  1. Verification of the number of people and age (under 15 years = 70 CZK, over 15 years = 120 CZK).
  2. The payment is made by the group leader at once.
  3. An Info Center employee always accompanies the group to the exhibition and stays with them for at least the first 5–10 minutes to ensure discipline.
  4. He then returns to the Infocenter and gives priority to monitoring the group on the camera monitor.

III. Monitoring and termination of the visit

Since the exit is not directly visible from the Info Center desk, the worker is required to watch the camera system monitor.
As soon as the camera records the departure of the last person from the group/family, the worker will make an entry in the diary or visually inspect the exposure (if the operation of the Infocenter allows it) to ensure that there is no damage or contamination.

IV. Crisis scenarios and incidents

Detection of theft/damage/hooliganism:
If a worker sees unacceptable behavior on camera, he immediately goes to the exhibition to deal with the situation in person. In the event of theft, he immediately locks the space (if safe) and calls the Czech Police.

Technical error:
In the event of a camera system malfunction, the museum must be closed or a worker must be permanently present in the exhibition.

Visitor injury:
Provision of first aid (first aid kit in the Infocenter) and possible call for emergency services.
