MUSEUM VISITING RULES

This document is posted at the entrance to the museum and in the Info Center.

I. Introductory provisions

The operator of the Bílinská kyselka Museum is BOHEMIA HEALING MARIENBAD WATERS as
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to these visitor regulations and undertakes to comply with them.

II. Opening hours and admission fee

The museum is open daily at the same times as the Info Center: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 12:30 p.m. – 17:00 p.m.
Entry to the museum is only permitted with a valid ticket purchased at the Infocenter.

ENTRANCE PRICES:

  • Individual admission fee: 150 CZK
  • Family admission (2 adults + children under 15 years old): 300 CZK
    • Group 8 and up (member under 15 years old): 70 CZK / person
    • Group 8 and up (member over 15 years old): 120 CZK / person

  • Large groups pre-booked by phone will also have the same prices as groups without booking. If the group is part of a Lecture or Conference, the visit is included in the price of the event. 

III. Safety and protection of exposure

The museum premises are continuously monitored by a camera system with recording for the protection of exhibits and the safety of visitors.

The following is prohibited in the exhibition:

  • Touch the exhibits on display (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • Consume food and drinks.
  • Smoking and using electronic cigarettes.
  • Enter with animals (except assistance dogs).
  • Handle with open flame.
  • Visitors are required to behave in a way that does not damage museum property or disturb other visitors.

IV. Final provisions

If the visitor rules are violated, the visitor may be expelled from the museum premises without the right to a refund of the admission fee.

The operator is not responsible for injuries resulting from violation of visitor regulations.
